WORKSHOP MIT LIA RODRIGUES

The choreographer Lia Rodrigues has devised an exceptional dance language with her Companhia de Danças over the thirty-six years of its existence. It is informed by numerous influences that surround Lia Rodrigues and her dancers – popular dance traditions, films, literature and the contradictory nature of Brazilian society. This workshop introduces Lia Rodrigues’s underlying working method and offers an opportunity to discover her work on a corporeal level.
