Choreografische Werkstatt

Synopsis
On November 8, selected artists from the Rhine-Main region will provide insights into pieces and projects they are currently working on. This is the perfect opportunity to discover the latest developments in the dance scene and get to know talented artists from the region. For the artists, the Choreographic Workshop is an important opportunity to get feedback from the audience during their research and rehearsals and to incorporate this feedback into the further process.
Tatort
Carlos Díaz Torres
Let's talk about desire: dominant or submissive? It's 2025, and despite all the criticism, we continue to embody traditional roles of desire, according to the play's thesis. Why? Tatort is an ongoing choreographic research project on the interplay between erotic behavior and social power structures.
Caramelized
Micaela Odriozola Maglie
“I'm soo sweet!” – In a sticky stage setting, Caramelized embarks on a sweet search for the quintessence of ‘sweetness’ in its gustatory and emphatic meaning – “like sugar on my tongue.”
PLAYWORK
PLAYWORKGROUP
PLAYWORK is a choreographic game. Under certain spatial and temporal constraints, rules of behavior, and in pursuit of various goals and strategies, the ensemble around Thomas Bradley longs to decentralize choreographic processes.
